- check scrivener
- couldn't sleep until after midnight (shouldn't drink tea so late)
7/30/18
- overslept
- forgot to take chemicals, did drink two cups of supertea before 8 a.m., ate two slices of toast
- lightheaded and woozy this morning, felt like low blood sugar or low iron or low blood pressure, pushed through it, felt better after morning shower
- drank chamomile/tulsi around 9
- breakfast soup (kale bean premade) tasted bad, stopped a sixth of the way in
- out of garlic, buy more asap
