7/29/18

  • Took dentals (did not take OS, tasted sour like bad food and made me feel sick Thursday morning and I stopped taking it)
  • Made a pot of supertea this morning, drank 3 cups before noon
  • Ate breakfast before noon of three broccoli and vegan cheese burritos on almond tortillas, did not take supplements
  • Ate lunch around 1 p.m., quinoa, broccoli, and artichoke spread (premade), did not take supplements
  • Went downstairs around 3, started having nervous pain and large, noticeable jerks with no noticeable buildup first, these continued through evening
  • Had 2 slices toast after 3, did not take supplements
  • After nervous system freaked out, drank large cup of honey vanilla chamomile / tulsi ginger tea, helped with pain but not jerks
  • Between 7 and 7:40, was feeling lightheaded, heavy-limbed, and strange, not quite woozy but not well, sitting or lying down relieved this (have had several instances of this in the last week, iron supplementation earlier did not relieve it)
  • Had supertea again around 8 p.m.
  • Bus test pass rmse, not done
  • Wrote 5 poems, not yet typed
  • Did finances with Bethany, wiped out my debt (love her! <3)
  • Read Kingdom of Red, what was avail.
  • Installed Corel Photopaint on Symphony
  • pain in right forearm just below elbow before I went to bed
  • couldn't sleep until after midnight (shouldn't drink tea so late)

  • overslept
  • forgot to take chemicals, did drink two cups of supertea before 8 a.m., ate two slices of toast
  • lightheaded and woozy this morning, felt like low blood sugar or low iron or low blood pressure, pushed through it, felt better after morning shower
  • drank chamomile/tulsi around 9
  • breakfast soup (kale bean premade) tasted bad, stopped a sixth of the way in
  • out of garlic, buy more asap - done
  • it's 9:40 and I seem to be totally out of it, I'm hungry and not sure whether to finish my soup and not sure whether caffeine is actually a good idea
  • weird aching / throbbing pain in the left back corner of my head around 10:20, was sipping on dark roast but hadn't gotten far into the cup and wasn't sipping when the pain started, pain vanished within a minute and did not recur
  • ate oats with glutagenics
  • bought a real lunch, ate around noon, took my lunch supplements:
    • 2 chaste tree
    • 1 garlinase
    • 2 oil of oregano
    • 5 pau d'arco
    • 2 vitamin d
    • 1 vitamin b
    • 1 magnesium
    • 1 total flm
    • 2 adrenal support
    • 1 total leaky gut
  • cold, getting some non-medicinal tea and drinking water to stay not dehydrated
  • much sneezing and sniffing all day, hopefully just allergies
  • feel generally sick all day, worse in morning and afternoon, maybe sour taste in mouth is me and not my food/supplements?, feels like acid reflux
  • no jerks until 5

  • slept good last night from around 10, wanted more
  • pained and nauseous this morning, took chemicals, later drank a cup of supertea and a third of a cup of water and ate two slices of toast, sometime after this, nausea subsided
  • had to lie down for a bit, relieved most of the malaise for the time being
  • packed lunch supplements:
    • 1 garlinase
    • 1 chaste tree
    • 2 B vitamins
    • 4 pau d'arco
    • 1 total flm
    • 1 total leaky gut
    • 1 vitamin D
    • 2 adrenal support
    • 1 magnesium
    • 1 iron
  • coughing, sneezing, drainage, it's allergies right? no appetite, getting chamo/tulsi and eating a couple cookies, also ginger ale
  • drank more water today, ate two rounds of oats with glutagenics, had another chamo/tulsi and a dark roast before end of work, still lots of drainage
  • jerked once at 5
